Using this site
By using Evolve Solar’s website, you agree to these terms. This site is for informational purposes and to connect you with our consultation and installation services -- it isn’t a binding offer, and nothing on it forms a contract until you sign a separate written agreement with us.
Estimates aren’t guarantees
The sizing calculator, the chat assistant, and any figures discussed on a call are preliminary planning estimates, not quotes or guarantees. Actual system size, production, pricing, and timeline depend on a real site assessment, engineering review, permitting, and utility approval, and can differ from any number generated on this site.
Financing
Any financing option discussed (loan, lease, or PPA) is subject to credit approval and the final terms of a separate agreement with the applicable lending partner -- we don’t control or guarantee approval, rates, or terms.
Acceptable use
Don’t use this site to submit false information, attempt to interfere with its normal operation, or misuse the chat assistant or forms (including automated submissions). We reserve the right to rate-limit, block, or refuse service to anyone who does.
The AI chat assistant
The chat widget on this site is an AI assistant, not a human employee -- it will tell you so if you ask directly. It’s built to answer honestly based on our actual services and policies, but it can make mistakes. Nothing it tells you overrides a written agreement, and for anything safety-related, urgent, or legally significant, call us directly at (888) 308-0642.

The content, design, and branding on this site belong to Evolve Solarunless otherwise noted. Don’t reproduce or reuse it without our permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Evolve Solarisn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits any liability that can’t legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
